Fourth time at this hotel with the same impression: great location, very good service, lovely breakfast and topped it with one of the best suites accommodation in Bangkok. Their lounge on the 16th floor and is a delight with special attention and great service by Don and Sam - these two can really make a difference and put your mind in ease with any aspect of your stay.

Best hotel in the area, close to everything and has everything, they have wonderful restaurants in the hotel, breakfast is great. And best of all they have amazing concierge service, Mr. Adison took care of anything i asked and even more, amazing professional service.

great hotel but their concierge Ken is an absolutely incredible guy. he has a brilliant way of getting things done and gave us marvellous suggestions ranging from clubs to authentic food places. if you come to bangkok, come to mercure soi 11. for ken

Ken was an amazing concierge througout the trip he helped us a lot he was the best concierge i’ve ever seen He helped us navigate through restaurants and places to visit for which we’ll be grateful it made the trip and this hotel a lot more memorable

My stay from May 4th until May 13, 2024

On April 28th I was still in Udon Thani. There I received very bad news from Germany. I decided to return to Bangkok because the necessary steps were easier to complete there. On May 4th I checked into the Mercure where I stayed until my departure on May 14th. I would like to say a big thank you to Benz and Katie, who looked after me so well during this time! I had the most to do with these two! Thank you for your support!!! Also with Cherry, MJ and Mr. Addison, who also gave me super friendly and warm support. Since I had to leave earlier than planned, I had to rebook my existing return ticket. I tried to make this transfer online. However, due to technical problems, this didn't work! I was unable to pay the rebooking fees. An explanation as to why I couldn't do that would go far too far at this point. This is where Wanne comes into play. She contacted Thai Airways and clarified the next steps! Thank you very much for this, because without your support I would NOT have been able to make the necessary rebooking! Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help! For those who I haven't mentioned by name here because I simply don't know their names, please forgive me! I can only say in conclusion: All Mercure employees - including the people who cleaned my room! – they were just really great to me! To the Mercure management: You have a really, really great team that you can be proud of! Rainer Herbst
